Shorts Guarantee
For one year from the original date of purchase, we guarantee that Clinch Gear Shorts will not tear, rip, or come apart in any way under normal wear and tear, or we will refund your purchase price and shipping costs if applicable. This guarantee is only valid for purchases shipped to United States and AFO/APO addresses. For this guarantee, Clinch Gear requires proof of purchase in the form of a receipt which shows date of purchase, sale amount, and any shipping and handling charges.
