Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your ClinchGear.com order, please return unused merchandise within 30 days of customer receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: polybags, hang tags, & shoe boxes. The return must be received by ClinchGear within 60 days of RMA issuance.
We do not accept exchanges.
When you make a return, we will refund the purchase price plus any sales tax paid for the item. Sorry, we do not refund shipping and handling charges unless you received an incorrect or damaged item and would like a replacement item. In cases where the items are damaged upon receipt, ClinchGear will provide a pre-paid return label upon your request. Worn products are not returnable.

Refunds
Credit Card Refunds
All credits will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping Charge Refunds
ClinchGear.com will work hard to ensure that every order is filled correctly and that products we send are free from defects. If we do make a mistake, you may return your item by mail for a refund of the purchase price plus applicable sales tax & shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
For domestic orders with paid shipping, Clinch Gear utilizes USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery timeline of 2-3 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS International Express (EMS) and take 6-10 business days. Customs delays sometimes occur and are out of our control.
Orders qualifying for the Free Shipping promotion will typically be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Estimated delivery timelines for First-Class Mail are 3-7 business days to U.S. addresses.
Should you prefer an expedited shipping method, please call us at 1-888-CLINCH-1 or use the Contact Us link to submit your request. We are able to accommodate most requests. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all expedited shipping costs.
Orders submitted prior to 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day in most cases. On some occasions, the order may be shipped on the following business day. In the rare instance in which shipment of your order is delayed beyond three business days from the date of purchase, Clinch Gear will notify you at the e-mail address provided and you will have the right to a full refund if requested.
Because packages are sometimes delayed or lost for reasons out of our control, please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us.
