SHIPPING POLICY
For domestic orders with paid shipping, Clinch Gear utilizes USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery timeline of 2-3 business days. International orders are shipped via USPS International Express (EMS) and take 6-10 business days. Customs delays sometimes occur and are out of our control.
Orders qualifying for the Free Shipping promotion will typically be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Estimated delivery timelines for First-Class Mail are 3-7 business days to U.S. addresses.
Should you prefer an expedited shipping method, please call us at 1-888-CLINCH-1 or use the Contact Us link to submit your request. We are able to accommodate most requests. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all expedited shipping costs.
Orders submitted prior to 2:00 PM PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day in most cases. On some occasions, the order may be shipped on the following business day. In the rare instance in which shipment of your order is delayed beyond three business days from the date of purchase, Clinch Gear will notify you at the e-mail address provided and you will have the right to a full refund if requested.
Because packages are sometimes delayed or lost for reasons out of our control, please allow three business days beyond the anticipated delivery date before reporting any lost or missing shipments to us. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unless Clinch Gear has fulfilled an order incorrectly, customers are responsible for all shipping charges in the case or returns or exchanges.
Refunds are granted upon successful receipt of the returned items, less shipping charges. Clinch Gear reserves the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee if the packaging is damaged. If the refunded item was purchased via a Free Shipping promotion, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refunded purchase price.
Customers wishing to exchange a product for an alternate size or color of equal value must first Contact Us or call 1-888-CLINCH-1 to obtain a Return Authorization number. The replacement item will only be shipped after successful receipt of the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement product, and Clinch Gear reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if the packaging on the exchanged is damaged.
Please note that Clinch Gear reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if the item has been worn, washed or damaged.
